Medify (“We” or “Us”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits or uses Medify’s Android or iOS app. As a result, we would like to inform you of the ways in which we would use your personal data. We recommend you to read this Privacy Policy so as to understand our approach towards the use of your personal data.
By downloading or registering on Medify’s Android or iOS App, and submitting your personal data to us, you will be treated as having given your permission and consent, wherever necessary and appropriate, including but not limited to Medify’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Accreditation Letter (only applicable to Doctors and Pharmacies) and Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) (only applicable to Pharmacies).

We collect personal information from you and anyone you connect with, when you use our services through the Android or iOS app.
We also collect information when you complete your profile, vitals, any ratings or reviews, inventory, consultations, orders, offers and medical history.
We collect information using standard web-logging methods. This includes information like pages accessed, time of access, your IP address, referring website/URL, browser details (user-agent), etc.
We reserve the right to audit the diagnoses given by doctors, medical history added by patients, inventory maintained and offers publicised by pharmacies, any ratings or reviews submitted on the platform, profiles of all users and orders placed to pharmacies, as well as any such information shared through the Android or iOS app, if deemed necessary, for the sole purpose of preventing malpractice, illicit drug trade, identity theft, or any other unethical and illegal practices.
In case you wish to delete any of the information added by you or collected by us, you may request the same by writing an email to support@medify.net. We shall do our best to ensure that your request is processed within 15 working days. Please note that it may not be possible to accept certain requests, strictly if we are legally required to retain such information.

We use the Information to provide support to you, communicate with you and comply with our legal obligations.
Information may be shared with other related entities within or outside of the Android or iOS app, for the purpose of development of marketing methods, technological enhancements, etc. Such information, as we collect, might be shared with the Government in case we are legally required to do so.
We may use the Information in any other manner that we may deem fit.

We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your Information and to maintain data security.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and thereby usage in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your username, password, or other security and sensitive information with anyone. If we receive instructions using your username and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

We reserve the right to amend Medify’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Accreditation Letter (only applicable to Doctors and Pharmacies) and Service Level Agreement (only applicable to Pharmacies) from time to time, to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and usage practices, the features of our platform, our services or advances in technology. Please check this page and the Terms & Conditions page periodically for changes. Any changes to the Accreditation Letter (only applicable to Doctors and Pharmacies) and Service Level Agreement (only applicable to Pharmacies) will be sent to the registered Email IDs of the respective entities within 7 working days of such a change coming into effect. Use of Information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such Information is used. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes here. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to Medify’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Accreditation Letter (only applicable to Doctors and Pharmacies) and Service Level Agreement (only applicable to Pharmacies) will constitute your consent and acceptance to such changes.
